Jacaranda Designs expertly creates original relevant content plus innovative tools and approaches to reinforce sustainable people-powered development. We produce learner-inspiring curricula and behaviour change strategies for effective interactive learning and communication for development for students, teachers and adults. We specialize in responding in particular to the priorities, interests and demands of young Africans.

Established in 1990, we are a commercial enterprise with a social mission committed to finding the best ways of equipping people with knowledge and skills and motivating them to use this productively in improving their own quality of life.

While meeting the needs of our clients or our consumers’ demands, we are helping them learn how take practical action to overcome challenges they’re facing. We’re delivering education for sustainable development—using print and electronic media platforms.

With our investors and development partners or clients, we’re making an educational and socio-economic contribution to people in Kenya and across Africa by focusing on health, life skills, livelihoods, citizenship and the environment.
